چکیده
Abstract Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites manifest unique photophysical properties in terms of their long carrier lifetime, low recombination rate, and high defect tolerance, enabling them to be promising candidates optoelectronic devices. However, such advanced are unexpected perovskite materials with moderate charge mobility. Recent investigations have revealed that these appealing were endowed due the formation large polarons crystals, resulting from coupling photogenerated carriers a polarized crystal lattice, which largely affected carrier-transport dynamics structural stability solar cells (PSCs). In this review, first structure lattice mechanism elucidated. Then, modulation polaron states PSCs, including stabilization, polaron-facilitated transport, hot-carrier cells, polaron-related issues as polaron-induced metastable defects, polaronic strain, photostriction systematically investigated. Finally, prospect further understanding manipulating phenomena, working toward highly efficient stable is suggested.

Effect of Cs on the Stability and Photovoltaic Performance of 2D/3D Perovskite-Based Solar Cells
One of the attractive features of hybrid perovskite is the possibility to reduce its dimensionality, which enhances the perovskite’s resistivity to moisture. In this work, we used 2D/3D perovskites to study different organic molecular spacers (aromatic ring vs cyclic ring); Cs was introduced as an additional small cation to methylammonium. It was found that Cs improves the photovoltaic performa...
متن کاملPhotovoltaic Performance of Perovskite Solar Cells with Different Grain Sizes.
Perovskite solar cells exhibit improved photovoltaic parameters with increasing perovskite grain size. The larger photocurrent is due to the enhanced absorption efficiency for thicker perovskite layers. The larger open-circuit voltage (VOC ) is ascribed to the reduced trap-assisted recombination for the larger grains. As a result, the power conversion efficiency exceeds 19% at best. Further imp...
متن کاملImproving the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells with acetate
In an all-solid-state perovskite solar cell, methylammonium lead halide film is in charge of generating photo-excited electrons, thus its quality can directly influence the final photovoltaic performance of the solar cell. This paper accentuates a very simple chemical approach to improving the quality of a perovskite film with a suitable amount of acetic acid. With introduction of acetate ions,...
متن کاملSlow Cooling of Hot Polarons in Halide Perovskite Solar Cells
Halide perovskites show unusual thermalization kinetics for above-bandgap photoexcitation. We explain this as a consequence of excess energy being deposited into discrete large polaron states. The crossover between low-fluence and high-fluence "phonon bottleneck" cooling is due to a Mott transition where the polarons overlap (n ≥ 1018 cm-3) and the phonon subpopulations are shared. We calculate...
متن کاملStability Issues on Perovskite Solar Cells
Organo lead halide perovskite materials like methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) and formamidinium lead iodide (HC(NH2)2PbI3) show superb opto-electronic properties. Based on these perovskite light absorbers, power conversion efficiencies of the perovskite solar cells employing hole transporting layers have increased from 9.7% to 20.1% within just three years. Thus, it is apparent that pero...
